About The Speaker(s)
Wai K. Leong
Wai K received his Master Certified Coach and Advance Team Coaching credential from International Coach Federation in 2013 and 2023 respectively. He is one of the few Asian coaches currently holding the credential in Asia. He brings with him over 30 years of leadership experience with 13 years at senior management level of public-listed companies. His key focus is helping leaders in organization enhance their leadership capabilities through coaching and skills training. He has authored of 3 books on leadership and coaching, Empowering Asian Mindsets Through Coaching and Powerful Performance Coaching Tips and SHIFT- Masterful Coaching. Wai K has recently been appointed as ICF Brand Champion in 2024.
