我们人类拥有最可贵的礼物就是直观。如果我们能够掌握并利用自己的直观，我们可以避免重大的陷阱或危险、在生活和工作中做出更好的决定、或者是进行更好的对话以建立更美好的关系。问题是——直观到底是什么？一个人，尤其是教练，如何能够更有力地使用他们的直观，为客户创造更有影响力的教练体验？最重要的是，我们如何才能确保我们的直观是准确的呢？
在这次 90 分钟的互动和反思论坛中，我们将一起探索关于直观的一切，其中包括：

The greatest gift any human have is the access to their own intuition. With it, we can often avoid major pitfalls or dangers, make better decisions in life and work, or simply have better conversations that lead to better relationships. The question is – what exactly is intuition? How can one, especially coaches, access their intuition with ease to create a more impactful coaching experience for their clients? Above all, how can we make sure our intuition is accurate first and foremost?
During this 90-minute interactive and reflective workshop, participants will learn the in-and-out of intuition. Together, we will explore:

- The effect of intuition in a coaching conversation
- The 3E practice loop for enhanced intuition
- The 5 levels of intuitive listening
- The difference between intuition and judgement

About The Speaker
Lee Yee Eng 李依莹, PCC
教练对谈改变了我的人生，也因此激励我成为了一位职业和领导力教练。现在，我专注于帮助新兴领导者迅速和全面地成长。我的使命是通过教练对谈，帮助客户带来明晰、勇气和自信(Clarity, Courage and Confidence)，成为真正的最佳自我。我热诚于与初创公司、社会企业、国际发展及非盈利组织合作，希望能够透过教练为它们的人才更进一步地扩大及加速他们为社会创造的影响。
我的早期职业生涯是在全球教育网络 Teach For All 的成员 Teach For Malaysia 服务，从事业务和组织发展的工作。之后，我担任联合国开发计划署 (UNDP) 全球共享服务中心 (GSCC) 的招聘和培训顾问。与此同时，我拥有操作 Salesforce 建立客户关系管理系统的经验，而我的学术专业是数学和统计学。
此外，我是有一位有抱负的演讲者、社会变革爱好者和三个孩子的母亲。在空闲的时候，我经常做瑜伽，跑步和阅读可是打从心里，我最爱的是舞蹈。
Having participated in a life-changing coaching conversation myself, I was inspired to become a Career and Leadership Coach. I now focus on helping rising leaders to grow holistically. My mission is to help them to become their true best self by holding conversations that brings clarity, courage and confidence. In addition, my passion is to partner with start-ups, social enterprises, international development and non-profit organisations in hope that coaching will help their people to further amplify and accelerate the impact they are creating for the society.
I spent my early career doing business and organisation development for Teach For Malaysia, a member of global education network, Teach For All. I moved on as a recruitment and training consultant at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Global Shared Service Centre (GSCC). I also had experience setting up CRM system using Salesforce and my education background is in Mathematics and Statistics.
On the side, I am an aspiring speaker, social change enthusiast, and mother of 3 kids. During my free time, I do yoga, run and read but deep inside, I love dancing the most.
