When I graduated from Royal Roads University, with a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, after a long career in the training and development field, I was absolutely sure of one thing… perspective was pivotal to the success of any coaching engagement.
As my clients struggled with big challenges, and difficult choices, I soon realized that perspective alone did not create the change they so desperately desired. Action was also a necessary ingredient to climbing out of their abyss.
I discovered that perspective was even more powerful when combined with action, and action was more intentional, deliberate when seen through the lens of perspective.
Hence, I named my coaching practice Perspective In Action.
In this ninety minute session, I will share the lessons that I have learned about perspective and action and I will provide you with tips and techniques for strengthening your coaching.

Cathy is an ICF Master Certified Coach, trained Mentor Coach, and active ICF Assessor. She coaches senior leaders, mentors credentialed coaches and conducts coach performance assessments for the International Coach Federation.
“Having worked hard to earn an ACC, a PCC and finally an MCC over a six-year period, I know the potholes, the detours and the bumps in the road when it comes to developing your competencies. I conduct numerous Mentor Coaching Groups, training sessions, presentations, and facilitated group programs each year so I can share my insider knowledge with coaches to help them learn and grow!
With many years of group and individual mentor coaching and more than 10,000 hours of direct coaching to my credit, I know how to zero in on just what you need to help you develop your coaching skills.”
