Build a coaching practice that’s rooted in clarity, purpose, and authenticity. As coaches, we know that doing the inner work is important in one’s life and career or business.
In this interactive learning session, you’ll explore your personal journey as a coach, uncover what drives you, and identify what’s holding you back.
By reflecting on your vision, values, and strengths, you’ll be able to lay a solid foundation for your practice and define the key pillars that will support your growth and success.
These pillars will serve as the core of your coaching practice, guiding you in essential career and business decisions as well as pivots as you grow your coaching practice.

Kurly de Guzman, PCC, is an accomplished career and leadership coach recognized as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices. She is also a Certified Master in Career Services (CMCS) and is an Agile People Development Certified Professional (ICP-PDV).
