About The Speaker

Theophilus Wong is a multiple award-winning corporate leader including Best Coaching Leader from 5th World Coaching Congress 2017 and Global Talent Management Leader of The Year from World HRD Congress in 2019. He is the Founder and CEO of Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd, a multiple award-winning consulting firm that is established in 2008. He is also the co-founder of Business Simulation SEA Sdn Bhd and Talent Apt Sdn Bhd.

Since 2006, Theophilus has designed and conducted over 300 training programs, trained over 50,000 people and work with more than 500 companies including Fortune 500 such as Exxon Mobil, DHL, BP, Panasonic, AIG, BASF, Nestle, HSBC Bank, OCBC Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Unilever, Prudential, Petronas, SingTel, AIA Singapore, Airbus, Honda, Texas Instrument, T-Systems and many more. He also conducted training in Singapore and Bangkok, and spoken at conferences in Jakarta and Mumbai.

Theophilus received his coaching certification in 2011 and has since coached over 250 leaders in leadership development programs and have accumulated over 700 coaching hours to date. The current leadership development programs which he has designed are approved by Institute of Leadership and Management UK. He is also Global Certified Leadership Trainer for Continental Tyre Worldwide.  He is currently a member of ICF Global and ATD USA. He is also the co-founder of HR Forum in collaboration with Monash University Malaysia Business School and has been an Industry Advisor for University Tunku Abdul Rahman Bachelor of Social in Psychology and Master in Industrial and Organizational Psychology programmes since 2013.

He has more than 20 professional certifications and one of his expertise is in talent/leadership assessments.  Theophilus strongly believes for a leader to improve and grow, it starts from greater self-knowledge and self-awareness and one of the best ways to do that is through psychometric assessment tool and 360⁰ feedback. Theophilus is the Master Trainer for DISC Certification from Peoplekeys USA, Workplace Big Five Profile Certification from Paradigm Personality Labs USA, and Strengthscope Practitioner Certification from Strengthscope UK and Talent Management Professional from Institute of Leadership & Management, UK and have certified over 200 people for the last 5 years.

Theophilus is very passionate about people development and he have been providing pro-bono training and coaching to many undergraduate students and young professionals including Axiata Young Mentor Programme in preparing them for the corporate world. Theophilus has 4 children, enjoy readings and playing competitive sports.
