About Georgina Woudstra, MCC

Georgina Woudstra has spent over 20 years coaching CEOs and senior executives around leadership, transformational personal development, self-expression and authenticity.

Her own experience as a successful entrepreneur and highly trained Executive Coach, leads her clients to describe her as having ‘strong presence and credibility’, as ‘experienced and wise’, that she ’sees people’, has ‘extraordinary empathy’ with a ‘questioning and questing spirit!’.

She stands among only around 1% of coaches that are experienced enough to gain accreditation as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. This is the mark of the “expert coach”, according to the ICF and requires a higher level of specific training, mentor coaching, and logged hours working with an extensive number of clients, than any other qualification in the field as well as independent testing and evaluation.

Georgina is a graduate of Corporate Coach University and holds an MA in Change Management, an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mastery from ITS and a Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants from CSTD. She is also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).
