William is a work psychologist, entrepreneur and a coach with more than 35 years of experience across three industries, including the financial services portfolio management, psychometric assessments and organisational development consultancy. His unique ability to combine his passion in coaching and psychology at work has brought so much value into the seminars and workshops, thus making dry academic material very interactive and practical.

Over the last twenty years he has facilitated and trained in numerous management skills such as sales leadership, strategic planning, organizational development, change and conflict management for some of the leading global and local organizations. Some of these assignments have taken him to China, Singapore, India, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and the United Kingdom. His recent clients include; SP Setia, IJM Berhad, Maybank, Air Asia, AIA, Great Eastern Life, Prudential Indonesia, VCLI Vietnam, VP Bank Vietnam, Panasonic Asia Pacific Singapore, Sri Lankan Convention Bureau, CIM Global India and over 50 other government and private organizations. He has coached some of the global leaders at the Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD) Asia Summit 2017 and 2018 in Singapore.

William is a Master Trainer at the Malaysian Insurance Institute since 2004. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and holds a MSc in the field of Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham. William has served on the board of directors of the World Institute for Action Learning and as an adviser of the Industrial Advisory Board of Department of Applied Psychology, University of Nottingham Malaysia.
