Hi, I’m Carol Tan — a passionate Executive Coach and Sales & Leadership Trainer with over 15 years of corporate experience across MNCs in industries like FMCG, pharmaceuticals, telco, and credit reporting. My journey started in sales, evolved into training, and blossomed into coaching — and I’ve loved every step of it!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building sales academies from scratch, crafting impactful training programs, and coaching sales managers, trainers, and teams to bring out the best in themselves and their people. Whether it’s helping leaders find clarity, or supporting sales professionals in turning conversations into connections — I’m here to make growth practical, human, and real.

I’m a Certified Master Coach and Professional Coach through the Corporate Coach Academy (ICF-ACTP), a Certified NLP Practitioner, and a HRDC TTT Certified Trainer. I’ve also served as a Vice President and Honorary Member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches — an honor I’m deeply grateful for.
