After starting her career at Ajinomoto in Tokyo, Marianne worked in major audit firms at Andersen/ Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Luxemburg. She led a portfolio of multicultural teams in demanding environments, serving clients all over Europe while developing excellent critical and analytical skills.

She then worked 10 years at the Central Bank of Luxemburg, holding key responsibilities in project management, audit, financial and operational risk management, even involved in large-scale crisis prevention for the whole banking industry.

Hence, Marianne has experienced the delights and struggles of leadership across cultures, both with and without authority, in public and private sectors serving all business range from SMEs to multinationals.
