He had served as HR Leader for Southeast Asia in Baker Hughes, an oil and & company, with the responsibility over 1 billion dollars in annual revenue. He also served as HR Director for Bristol Myers Squibb, a pharmaceutical company, where he presided over massive restructuring exercise which involved movements of over hundreds of employees and leaders across globe.

His practical corporate background as senior leader dealing with the complex and matrix business operations are blended with his extensive experience as an executive coach. His clients include Fortune 500 organizations that are mature and have a well-defined market share to start-up operations where rapid change and fierce competition is a constant companion.
