She had successfully facilitated and enabled Leaders to be systematically developed to successfully move into larger targeted global/ regional key roles.

She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and have a Diploma in Coaching from Coaching Development Ltd., UK. She is also certified in Hogan Assessment. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College and a General Course Diploma from the London School of Economics & Political Science
