Kwek Kian Lee is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) whose 25-year career spanned multifarious industries ranging from banking, consulting, manufacturing to construction sectors. She started her career as a civil servant and progressed to human resource management with her focus on change management. The interest in helping individuals transform themselves to realise their hidden potentials is what excites her. The seeds of interest were planted when she was involved in change management projects during her attachments with the consulting outfits.
Her wide exposure in Change Management, People Management and Organizational Development not only made her a successful HR practitioner but also an excellent coach, trainer, mentor and motivator. Due to her personal interest in building people, during her tenure at her last three work places, she has designed and conducted in-house programmes related to Performance Management, Telephone Techniques, Communication Skills and Presentation Skills.
A strong believer in reinventing and continuous improvement, she places attitude as the most important criteria for anyone to succeed. She strongly endorses the “keep learning” habit for personal development. She is a go-getter and has always lived true to her motto: “Carp diem....sempers arden...!” that continuously drives her to keep her skills relevant with the needs of the corporate world.
