Lee Kheng believes in coaching for personal mastery as a partner of accountability in a co-creating partnership. Coaching is creating a safe space for an intimate human interaction, a thought-provoking process that draws out from a person to see things from a different perspective. As the coach who builds trust, communicates clearly with insightful questions to facilitate a clearer picture for the client to reconnect them to their authentic self. As an internal and external coach, Lee Kheng dances in the moments with the clients with her presence, without judging. She stays mindful to understand purpose, create clarity in thinking, awareness of strengths, unveil new perspectives and help her clients to foster an action plan to move closer to their goals.

Qualification and Certification
Lee Kheng graduated from MBA, University of Houston Victoria (GPA 4.0), and Bachelor of Business (Human Resources, 3.46), Charles Sturt University, Australia. She has a few toolkits in her toolbox of coaching, a certified facilitator, pedagogy and andragogy, including Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership, Culture of Accountability, Alan Fine’s Inside Out Coaching. She is Hogan & DISC certified in talent assessment tools, with working knowledge with HBDI Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® HBDI, MBTI Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, SHL OPQ. Lee Kheng brings energy, clarity and refreshing perspectives for her clients to create a better version of themselves.

Personal
On another level of self-discovery and better version of herself adventure, currently Lee Kheng is back from sabbatical, Houston-based, Texas, United States. She completed her MBA and founded a Digital Marketing Agency. She is articulate, with multi-linguistic talent in English, Mandarin, Malay, French, German, Fujian, and Cantonese. She delights in serving the underserved community, discovering digital marketing, forest-basking, nature-bathing, cooking, swimming, and running. She brings value to you in a career-transition, leading challenging role with conflicting priorities, finding meaning in life, across diversity and in a non-judging way to discover a more authentic self.
