Captain Haji Ijlal Nadzir, or fondly known as “CoachJai”, is a seasoned Human Capital professional with over 20 years of experience under his belt having served multiple senior management roles in MNCs, GLCs and PLCs.

Ijlal helps organisations achieve its short- and long-term strategies by serving as a Strategic Business Advisor to Boards and Chief Executives. He also partners with Senior Leadership Teams in driving and implementing change management strategies in ensuring sustainable growth. Ijlal is also a Facilitator and an Executive Coach who is dedicated to inspire, encourage and empower talents to discover their True North.

Ijlal has gained competencies in areas of Organisational Performance Management, Business Strategy & Process Improvements, Leadership & Succession Management, Talent Management, Talent Assessment, and Human Capital Transformation. He is proficient in tools such as the Extended DISC Emotional Quality Profile and Motive Questionnaire, as well as a certified user of the SHL Personality Questionnaire and Ability Tests.

Ijlal is a Member of the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia. Ijlal who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Financial Studies from the University of Exeter, is also a Private Pilot License holder in Malaysia and the USA.
