The ICF Malaysia presents the 2017 International Coaching & Leadership Summit Wednesday, 8 November. Better Leadership with Coaching Culture!

The International Coach Federation’s (ICF) local registered ICF Malaysia Charter Chapter is in her 12th year. We are proud to present the 3rd biennial Conference this November 8th, bringing together coaches, business leaders, human resource professionals, and all parties interested in leadership development across Asia Pacific as well as from other continents.

The conference theme is: Engage | Empower I Thrive

Damian Goldvarg, Ph.D., MCC
Damian Goldvarg has twenty years of experience in executive assessment and coaching, leadership development, talent management, facilitation, strategic planning, and team building services. He wrote three books on personal growth and coaching, including: Coaching Competencies and Mentor Coaching in Action. He is a Master Certified Coach and received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant University in California. He is also a Certified Coach Supervisor by Coaching Supervisory Academy and facilitates certifications on Mentor Coaching and Coaching Supervision.

He was the 20132014 ICF Global President. Originally from Argentina, he has extensive experience working with people from different cultures and social backgrounds. He has worked with individuals and organizations in over forty countries, including the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia, offering services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Summit Topic: The future of professional coaching worldwide 
This sessions will focus on the latest research of ICF (International Coach Federation) regarding coaching worldwide, what coaches as well as executives need to know about coaching trends including:
1) Creating coaching cultures: the role of internal and external coaches and developing managers with coaching skills
2) Continuos professional development such as mentor coaching and coaching supervision
3) Coaching to support social causes worldwide.
