Wai K is a Master Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation, US. He serves on the ICF Global Board as Vice-Chair in 2017 and works with C-suites and leaders in the senior management team to enhance their leadership and management capabilities. Having served in senior leadership positions for 15 years in two public-listed companies as Group General Manager, He has more than 3000 hours of executive coaching experience working with leaders of many nationalities within the Asia region in his 20 years as a professional coach. He has also authored two best-selling books on coaching and
leadership. In his 20 years of corporate life working in both Western and Eastern management cultures, Wai K specialises in working with senior-level executives in areas of communication, team engagement and also prepares them to assume higher positions in their career. Other areas of coaching include managing stakeholders, leading in a complex matrix organisation, strategic thinking and effectiveness as board members.

His latest accomplishment is the publishing of his first book: “Stop Controlling, Start Leading. 27 Secrets for Effective Leadership at Work, Home and Play”.

John Raymond is the Head of Asia –People and Leadership for IECL and is responsible for building and running the business across Asia. John has been working in leadership development and coaching for over 2 decades and is passionate about working in a highly professional learning and development industry. He remains very involved with the International Coach Federation supporting local chapters around the region and is currently one of the Global Ambassadors for the ICF Foundation. He was privileged to contribute to the first and only coaching guideline in the world, The Handbook for Coaching in Organizations published by Standards Australia in 2011. Though a highly regarded specialist in executive coaching, he has led large change and leadership programs in corporate, government and NFP organizations across the APAC region. His work ranges from developing individuals and teams to cohorts of leaders and whole organisations.

Peter is the founder and visionary for Ingenius Coaching(1999) and the Ingenius Institute(2017). He is a passionate believer that life is to be lived and experienced completely every day.Peter has spent the last 18 years as a full-time credentialled Master Coach and facilitator, workingglobally to challenge individuals, businesses and corporations to step up to their greatness–theircorporate or individual genius. At a real and grounded level this means making the choice “being goodis no longer good enough”.Peter chooses to work with clients –either corporately or individually–who are already successful andwho know in their own beings that there is so much more to be done.Prior to coaching Peter had a successful career in the corporate arena with roles as CEO and CFO of theLeukaemia Foundation of Australia and prior to this,global roles in NFPs based in Switzerland, as well as senior and executive roles in the resources sector.Peter has recently completed 4 years on the Board of the International Coach Federation–the PeakBody for Coaching in the World.Above all of this, Peter is the father of Josie, Trinity and Zander. He is a keen long-distance runner and apassionate tennis player.

Gill McKay is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience gained from a varied career focusing on helping individuals, teams, business leaders and HR functions enhance performance, build capability and implement transformation initiatives. Passionate about neuroscience, Gill is now joint Managing Director of MyBrain International. She provides tools and materials to enable professional coaches and trainers to use the exciting, evolving subject of neuroscience in their work so they can gain better results with their clients. MyBrain International is the creator of MiND, a unique neurometric profiling tool which enables people to become more effective by building self-awareness of their neurological preferences which strongly influence their thinking andcommunication style. Gill has previously held international roles in large corporates with proven leadership and field experience and a record of achievement in coaching, learning and development, HR consultancy, change management and communications, describing herself to be “all about building capability and confidence”. Her talk will shine a light on the added value neuroscience offers to coaching
