Forging a life journey from Greece to New York & Tokyo, Taiwan and Malaysia, he has built & managed several media agencies for Publicis (Starcom/MediaVest), Omnicom (OMD/PHD), WPP (Mindshare/GroupM) and Vivendi (Havas). He is currently the Group CEO of Star Media Group Malaysia.

business, and ability to connect business results through creative People strategies.

Dr Brown is the Faculty Professor, Organisational Neuroscience, Monarch Business School Switzerland; External Advisor, International Energy & Research Centre, the Tyndall National Institute, University of Cork and International Chairman of the Vietnam Consulting Group, Ho Chi Minh city.A Clinical and Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach and Supervisor, Paul’s main focus is in creating a General Theory of the Individual and the Organisation based upon mapping how energy flows or gets blocked in the pursuit of profit or other outcomes within the organisational system.

He has recently co-authored several books that provide insights from neuroscience for organisations:

Dr Frances Penafort holds a Master Certified Coach Credential (MCC) from International Coach Federation. Her other professional qualifications: Certified Mentor Coach and Certified Coach Supervisor.

As a facilitator, she is highly recognised as delivering fun while preserving the seriousness in the content. Currently Dr Frances runs an ICF ACSTH Program preparing potential coaches for their ICF ACC& PCC credentials. She isan Associate Coach and Facilitator with the Melbourne Business School.
