HUMAN RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION
Not everyone responses to all training/coaching equally well. By learning the new approach called “Human Resource optimization” (HRO), participants will get to know another method to facilitate visible coaching outcome, and also learn to develop the optimization strategies to help improve performance and development at workplace.
In this session, George will share the importance of personality traits in human development, and a research based new assumptions about human resource development, which provide insights in developing the optimization strategies and steps to assess and monitor each person’s performance and development.
