This interactive webinar is an invitation to explore the impact of Direct Communication when coaching Senior Executives. Whether new to coaching or with several decades of experience, the participants will gain understanding of the potentialities and risks of choosing the right approach to communicate effectively and the role of intuition when interacting with coachees.
This training session is designed to challenge and support seasoned coaches, as well as those new to the profession. It includes an expert coaching demonstration, which will allow participants to witness deeper ways of communicating with people in positions of power, as well as, raise their awareness of the impact of this vital Core Competency.

The webinar will touch upon and help to develop all of the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, through the discussion and through the inclusion of a full coaching demonstration.
However, there will be particular reference to one of the the ICF Core Competencies Clusters: “Communicating Effectively” with a special focus on Direct Communication.
