A Senior HR practitioner with over 25 years experience, Samuel has had business operations and HR/OD lead roles and working experience in various multi-national companies including banking, hospitality and FMCG, starting with the Procter & Gamble company USA. Sam’s track record expands widely and includes implementation at group, regional and country level and includes project work track record in China, India, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
Samuel has completed the Certificate IV and Diploma in Workplace & Business Coaching (Open Door Coaching, Australia) an Accredited Coaching Training Programme (ACTP) recognised by the Australian Government and ICF Global. He is an Executive / Leadership Coach – Affiliate member Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA). Experienced in implementation of executive coaching interventions for C-Suite and middle Management levels.
Samuel is also certified in applying a number of psychometric tools in the assessment and development of individuals and organisations. He is an executive coach with The Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre an international, Asia-focused centre of excellence committed to delivering practical and relevant leadership based in Kuala Lumpur. An experienced Executive Coach and looks forward to establishing collaborative relationships with clients, strategic partners to help individuals, organisations and communities with his key drive to “Empower Leaders at every level Achieve Full Potential”. Sam has always felt Coaching to be second nature and is an empathetic listener. Sam also serves voluntarily as a CBT trained practitioner with a NGO since 2008.
