Roslina Abdul Manap is an Economics graduate of Queen Mary College, University of London and completed her MBA at the Open University Malaysia. She has over 20 years of experience in Management and Financial Management.
Roslina decided to pursue her passion in coaching and facilitation in the year 2016 and has been conducting various programs for middle-sized to large organisations ever since. She believes that coaching is the best way to reach out to people in general, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
She is the Managing Director of Protégé Advisory Sdn Bhd, a company that conducts a range of programs for various organisations, tailored to their needs. She is a Microsoft CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+ trainer) and C-VAT trainer. Roslina is also trained in the Accelerated Learning Methodology as well as guided imagery processes. She is a NASAGA certified trainer in the field of Learning & Game Design. She is also a certified NLP practitioner. She had recently completed her training in coaching at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level, accredited with International Coach Federation (ICF).
Roslina is a Performance Coach and is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), USA. Her passion in coaching is evident in the many clients that she has worked with, such as Employee Provident Fund (EPF) talent pool, Axiata Group, ELK Desa, PayNet, Thomson Hospital, and Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB). Roslina is also passionate in the subject of women empowerment and has organised programs for single mothers & women from the low-income group, jointly organised with WARDA Melaka. She was also part of the team that offers coaching to support our students in University Malaya (UM) and International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Roslina also contributed in supporting the MARA students (through coaching programs) in preparing them for studying abroad. Her passion in coaching has even brought her to Lahore, Pakistan to work with the staff of Cinepax, in support of the management’s effort to bring coaching culture into the company. Roslina has also supported MAGIC (Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre) in various project involving Social Entrepreneurs in the past 1 year.
In the past 2 years, Roslina has clocked in over 350 coaching hours, coaching in the corporate as well as non-corporate sectors.
