Kwee Ming has more than 30 years’ experience in learning & talent development and human resource management, working with multinational organizations in the financial, telecommunications and hospitality industries. He also has overseas assignments experience in London, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Manila, Shanghai, Singapore and Bangkok.
Areas of his focus include learning specialist in instructional design, learning methodology and facilitation, experienced trainer, Internal consulting / learning and business partner to business units, talent management, succession planning, management associate programme management, leadership & employee development, succession planning and employee engagement, executive coaching & mentoring. He is a graduate of Masters of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, Australia and Accredited Associated Coach from International Coaching Federation.
