Cath has extensive experience in transition management; leadership and personal development; and business capacity building. She currently works across the Asia Pacific region principally with senior executives, business owners, governments and boards to address issues of strategic relevance to the achievement of their missions.

Program:

During the session, participants will learn:

Cath is a very experienced facilitator who, depending on the number of attendees present, will conduct a developmental conversation. She may use photo-language, case studies, small groups or guided discussion.

Participants will explore:
- The trap of busy people, efficiency and easy answers
- The economics of C-Suite coaching
- The psychology of the ego

Cath Duncan’s Experience:

Cath has extensive experience in transition management; leadership and personal development; and business capacity building. She currently works across the Asia Pacific region principally with senior executives, business owners, governments and boards to address issues of strategic relevance to the achievement of their missions.

Typically this includes the building capacity through tailored development programs, career transition using the Sageco ENVISAGE framework, professional coaching, strategic & business planning, organisational development, executive and board performance, mentoring, and the facilitation of team problem solving.

Cath's key areas of expertise include the ability to identify and focus on the critical issues, the ability to find innovative and creative solutions, outstanding communication skills and established business networks. She is a strategic thinker and has the confidence to challenge conventional wisdom and to transform the way we see things.

Cath holds a Master of Applied Social Science, Social Ecology majoring in Organisational Development from the University of Western Sydney and APEC Accreditation as an International Business Counsellor.
