Session Title:

Leveraging the 2016 Global Coaching Study for Malaysian Coaches

Session Description:

Since the publication of the benchmarking and follow-up studies in 2007 and 2012, respectively, the coaching profession has continued to evolve. The 2016 ICF Global Coaching Study conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was released on July 27, 2016.

The 2016 Global Coaching Study uses information and insights from more than 15,000 professional coach practitioners, managers and leaders who use coaching skills within their organizations to provide an up-to-date picture of coaching profession worldwide.

Because Malaysia coaches responded in overwhelming numbers, we have been given access to the data specific to Malaysia, providing insights into professional coaching in this country that we could leverage on to advancing the coaching profession.
