Energy matters for Coach and Client explores how important it is for us to be fully aware of the energy we bring to a coaching session and engagement; how our assumptions, beliefs or judgments can affect our energy and impact our ability to be objective partners who ‘dance in the moment’ with our client. This class invites all of us to be more alert and aware to our own energy as Coaches and to find creative ways to set, reset and recharge our energy.
There is likewise an art to perceiving the energy of the Client and doing so without judgment or attachment. Once perceived, we will discuss how we coach energy shifts and what we notice about the client’s energy. Energy plays a key role in our Core Competencies, and this class will discuss and explore how to become more masterful at managing our own energy, and coaching what we perceive and notice in the energy of the client.
We are responsible for the energy we bring into the coaching engagement, and we have the power to set and manage our own energy.

Her own experience as a successful entrepreneur and highly trained Executive Coach, leads her clients to describe her as having ‘strong presence and credibility’, as ‘experienced and wise’, that she ’sees people’, has ‘extraordinary empathy’ with a ‘questioning and questing spirit!’.
She stands among only around 1% of coaches that are experienced enough to gain accreditation as a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.
