Masni Mustafa has been heading human resources division for more than 20 years having served in various industries, such as hospitality, construction, engineering, education and government agency; and has therefore equipped herself with strong HR skills, competencies and leadership capabilities.
She is very compassionate about leadership training and coaching and how leadership should be linked to the organizational values and objectives. She staunchly believes that leadership is the fundamental aspect of organizational success. Leaders should not only be visionary but bold enough to take risks and move forward with the team members but guided by good values. Values will ensure organizational longevity and sustainability. Therefore, how to link leadership and values is a very important aspect of her coaching fundamentals.
Having been in the human resources fraternity for more than 20 years, she strongly feels that every individual has potential and that only circumstances create bad attitude. She uses coaching to help nurture nonperformers and develop leaders to achieve the desired level of understanding and commitment to enhance team performance.
Her latest project is team coaching on culture transformation and mindset change in a local business entity.
